  • Yes — the workouts are designed to be achievable but challenging, with options to go at your own pace.

  • For home workouts, a pair of dumbbells is ideal.

    Many exercises are bodyweight-based, and you can get great results with just your own body.

    If you’d like to add variety or resistance, a basic set of exercise bands (which are inexpensive and easy to find) is also a great option.
